Where a product has colour, storage, size, or other options, you are responsible for checking your selection before confirming an order. The selected option is included in the order message or confirmation. Contact us promptly if the confirmation does not match your request.

Delivery arrangements, estimated time, charges, collection options, and delivery areas are described in our Shipping Policy and confirmed for each order. Delays may occur because of stock, weather, courier capacity, public holidays, security restrictions, or incorrect customer information.

You are responsible for providing an accurate phone number and delivery address and for being available to receive the order.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if it is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or has a verified fault.
